Easy to find what I was looking for, short lines at check out, friendly service
The girl at the counter made me sign up for banana republic Visa card in the night before the shop closure, by claiming that I would be eligible for 20% off on purchases made for 24 hours. Believing her I travelled to mall of America store to find to my disappointment that the offer is only valid on the first day of signing up. Huge let down on being cheated. Be watchful of the employees and read the terms and conditions before signing up for any loyalty cards
Customer service ignored me and i felt judged the minute i walked in.
