Terrible customer service here! There’s only been 1 helpful person since I’ve shopped at this location. The store manager is very rude and walks with a stank attitude. I almost feel like some of the employees that work here at this location hate their job or are miserable. I can just see it in their faces and the way they carry themselves. I can tell they are the type of workers that want to go in and out of work as quickly as possible because their job there doesn’t bring any value to their life, which is also probably why this location lacks customer service skills. I’ve worked in retail for over 13 years so I know what great customer service is and this location is not it for that. It sucks because I love the clothing and accessories at H&M, but poor customer service is a big reason why I would rather spend my money elsewhere, where I feel valued and feel like my needs are met.

I experienced very bad customer service here. It was my first time out shopping with my baby, and I forgot to hang up one of the shirts in the right location. One of the workers (or manager? Not sure) saw it and sighed and verbally complained right in front of me. She had been following me around the store at a distance straightening anything I touched, and looking very impatient for me to leave. I heard her tell her coworker something to the effect that she couldn’t wait for the store to close. I love H&M, but felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome at this location.nnUpdate: I went back because everyone has bad days, and saw a different customer experience almost the exact same scenario and treatment as I did. Disappointing.
