Early Advantage has been our provider for over 4 years. It use to be a smaller facility with amazing staff and communication. A facility you are so proud to send your child to. As it has at least doubled in size (and cost), it now struggles with communication between their families and staff. For example: On multiple occasions throughout the last year, I’ve sent unanswered emails for at least days if not weeks. My most resent email, well it’s been 3 weeks with multiple follow up phone calls and still no resolution. They also don’t have a consistent daily communication application so you know what your child is doing throughout the day. Their website has staff from 3+ years ago, so no, those are not the most recent care providers. Luckily, lately the staff turnover had stopped and there is classroom stability again.nJust some additional information when looking into this facility.
