The Prom Shop is a very inclusive and welcoming environment. They have several options for every size and even have sweet notes in every dressing room. Kailey helped my friends and i and was super kind and gave each of us compliments. they have many sales and a lot of the dresses are relatively cheap for high end prom dresses. I strongly recommend coming here!

I was very happy with the service we received at The Prom Shop! Jacob was so helpful, professional, and attentive to us. We found a prom dress for my daughter that she loves! I do think the prices on the dresses are really high but in shopping for a prom dress, we have not received service this good anywhere else including a large department store and a bridal store. Jacob took the stress right off my shoulders in helping my daughter. I would definitely shop here again! All the photo backgrounds/props made it so much fun! Thankyou, Jacob for helping to make this mother/daughter experience a very special day!

So happy I found my dress at The Prom Shop! Jacob was super friendly and very helpful. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed.He didn’t rush us and gave us his expert advice. The store was very organized and had a very wide selection! I will definitely be back to shop there for our next prom!

The Prom shop is amazing! This is our second year shopping with them and the service we have received is top notch. We went to 4 other shops last year before visiting The Prom Shop, none of the other stores had the volume of inventory or service that we received from The Prom Shop - this year we only knew we would go right back. We were lucky enough to have Jacob and Megan assist us in finding the perfect dress both years. They made the experience so enjoyable and stress free!

My experience at the prom shop made me feel really confident and comfortable. I have always struggled with shopping for dresses and how I don’t like the way they usually look on me. I feel very proud of my figure today and grateful for my body thanks to Megan and Jacob. Thanks for making me feel good about myself!
