Great spin class with Lauren. Wish there was a Friday 6 am class too.
Friendly professional staff who go the extra mile... Has a little of everything. For me it's a form of therapy and they provide the proverbial couch in the form of free weights & machines.
It has everything you need no matter your workout focus, cardio, strength training, cycling, etc.. The new management is making a huge positive impact. Love it.
The classes and trainers are great. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Great people and spotless :-) highly recommend!!
