Pharmacy seem annoyed when you ask anything of them. It's as if you have to prove to them why you need their help. Find a pharmacy that can treat you like a person and not an annoyance. They just treat people poorly from what I've witnessed both inside the store and experienced myself. If this is your only close by pharmacy, I feel sorry for you. Find a new pharmacy if you can.
Don't go here for prescriptions. They DO NOT HIRE ENOUGH STAFF in the pharmacy. They just want to make as much money as possible. I waited over an hour and a half just to pick up my medications. They never have my refills ready. If you call the pharmacy department the average hold time is one hour. There is usually 3 people in the pharmacy when there needs to be 6. CVS does NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
The pharmacy has constant problems filling our prescriptions. When we arrive to pick them up they are not ready despite receiving a call that they are.
Absolutely awful pharmacy. Waiting hours for meds to be filled after we were told they were ready.
Absolutely love this store. Staff is very dedicated and efficient. They help find whatever you need out back if you don’t see the product on the shelf and they are awesome with the couponing community. Have had nothing but excellent experiences especially with Jamie, Yara, and Joelma. Keep up the good work! I feel very welcome when I enter this store & will continue shopping here as long as these awesome ladies are there, lol. This is a big store with good selections as well.
