I ordered Here for years never had a problem. Today I tried online service and online declined my card but my card charged me. I called to verify I had an order or not. They didn't have an order so I asked If I can place a new order. They said no because it was declined online. But they had not proof but my card was charged on a error. I was wiling to place a new order with them but after years of service I was told no. So laughing funny I. Called Westland jets pizza got my pizza no problem. I think it was confusion or just a bad day.
This location always serves the pizza hot fresh and as you ordered. They don't skimp on the toppings like some other locations. All their staff are polite, friendly, professional and clean in appearance. The store inside and outside is always kept very clean and safe and always masked up. I love too how helpful the staff is to bring your food out to your car or help you put your order safe into your car.
Not all Jet’s are created equally. That being said, this is, by far, the best one in 25 mile radius. My son and I have gone here every week for years with the exception of a Covid (?) closure. Had to settle for other locations. Yuck. I tip carry out cause I’m grateful they’re open.
They have the BEST PIZZA around, most consistency in deliciousness and AWESOME customer service. I usually do pick-up but seen MANY delivery drivers so am sure that side equally awesome
Made a big order a week prior to Superbowl. This location was very accommodating. When I picked up the food it was made correctly. The whole party loved all the food definitely will be back.
