It takes too long to get checked out! Not enough cashiers. The store is too busy at all times. Some of the cashiers seem inexperienced. I love Burlington, but this store is too slow! -:(
Last week I went to buy a couple of items. When I got home my husband reviewed the receipt and asked about an item on the receipt. It was some collagen pills. I did not buy any pills. I turned my back once when I was checking out to grab an item from the cart and the cashier scanned an item I did not buy. I didn’t think to review the receipt before walking out because I didn’t think this would happen. Please beware. The cashiers name is Dorothy. If she did this to me she has likely done it to plenty other customers.
This store locks the doors 30 minutes before they’re supposed to close.
They renovated the store but don't have fitting rooms available. So customers will be inconvenienced with returning clothes that may not fit right. The line is ridiculously long reaching all the way to the back of the store. Just ridiculous! How about opening your fitting rooms and get more cashiers to reduce the wait time for check out.
I actually really love this store, I moved here a couple months back and no joke I usually find all the things I’m looking for.
