The service is wonderful. They have big and tall clothes for my son, who is 6'5
Shane, the new manager, provided a VERY poor customer service environment. Not only did he disrespect the staff, he did so in front of buying customers. So much so, that I began to feel included, uncomfortable, and ready to school him on etiquette. If I didn't know the exceptional owner who always dedicated herself to the importance of quality and integrity, I would definitely report todays experience to our BBB.
I don't normally write reviews but felt I needed to with my experience at this store. This was the first time I attempted to shop here (I was recommended by a friend) and I will never return. It was way too overpriced for things I could easily find online cheaper and the service was terrible. A short man with dark hair gave me the worst most condescending attitude. He was dry, rude, and unwelcoming. You'd think that with the same products available on competitor websites they'd value first time walk in customers like myself. Regardless I will not return nor will I recommend this store to anyone else.
The entire team was awesome. Everyone came to assist me in picking an outfit. Very clean, no clutter, and nice clothes. Will be back again!!!!
