The manager walked in off the street and was handling food. Never once washed his hands and was more interested in other workers cell phones than anything else. They don’t wear gloves and their pizza is undercooked. I know you can’t expect much from a $5 pizza but it should be better than this.
I loved the food but I came in and paid for my order and instead of handing the food to me because it was right there, the cashier ignores me and helped 5 other customers who came in after me including getting their food for them. I finally asked if I could have my order and she only gave me half of it and had to ask for the rest of it. Very poor service.
Gave me a raw pizza. Definitely not the same from when I worked at this same location in high school years ago. Manager in training has horrible customer service as well.
What's the point of giving a pickup time of 608 if your pizza not gonna be ready until 621 ? Walked in at 610 was told it will be 8 mins. ? Which means they didn't start till I got there. I paid for it online. Got a 608 pickup time. ? Horrible customer service by to 2 employees working. 27 mins for a Hot n Ready and a side of ranch. ?????? Pass on this place people.
They never answer their phones. There food is never fresh. Only a few decent employee's
