If I could give NO STARS I WOULD!nnI am a mother in search for daycare/preschool for my daughter. (First time mommy BTW).nnI was informed about KC center. My initial conversation was brief and not detailed but....enough for me to compare to other centers enrollment criteria.nAfter researching multiple centers I called KC again today to confirm the information that was provided initially. I wanted to gather more details. I was told to “hurry up “ with my questions because she had to get back to her class. Was quickly dismissed and HUNG UP ON!!!nI called back because I was in disbelief and another female answered the phone. I explained to her that Shelly hung up on me very quickly so I wanna know what is the best way for a parent to obtain information.nnThen the female says to me she doesn’t “appreciate the attitude and you were NOT hung up on”. THEN.....she hangs up on me as well!!!!!nnI am truly suspicious about the stellar ratings. If you cannot speak to a parent with respect, kindness, and professional behavior...how are you going to treat my child!!nnUnacceptable! #epicfailKathyCorrigandaycare
