Excellent energy from every employee but one, this one employee was very rude and it started because she told me I had to use there hand sanitizer and I insisted on using my own.... well apparently that was all she needed to be rude to me for the remainder of my time in the store. Other customers picked up on her negative vibe as well. However, my experience was still enjoyable and I'm definitely returning to this location.

Staff on hand had a very poor attitude. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Multiple people in the store complaining about a female employee, who had an attitude because people were asking for help. She was sitting on a display table talking to the security guard, without a care that people were in the store needing service. Not much of a selection in the store along with unprofessional sales attendance, will have me taking my business to Finish Line or continue to order directly on-line from Nike.

I feel like the only thing any employee in this establishment care about is getting home on time to be completely honest . No customer service whatsoever you I literally feel like I’m bothering employees to ask for a shoe size.nnWhen waiting for a new release Jordan there was no line management at all I got cut an there was nothing I could do nor get any help. After losing my spot I waited in line for 2 hours for them wait till I get TO THE DOOR to say they don’t have the correct sizes. They didn’t tell anyone who was OBVIOUSLY waiting for the shoes that were just released. I’d highly recommend ordering you’re shoes over coming here untill something is done about customer service.

I've been to several snipes stores, but the service at this location was excellent due to this young man named De'Anthony. Great job!
