It's Friday afternoon, dropped off two prescriptions. Pharmacist Seema calls to inquire how I take them... Wow, it's on the prescription. I advised & of my condition. She refused to fill, she delay contacting the doctor's office which has since closed. Very poor & inadequate servicing. 800 number even worse. Called 4 times & still waiting.

SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS! I went to Walgreens on Five Mile and Beech Daly to grab eggs, bacon and bread. They had a sale on bacon 2 for 8.99 which was over priced. I get to the counter and didn't use the card. It was 8.99 regular price for 1 pkg of bacon. 20.97 total for 1 loaf of bread and 2 packs of bacon. The lady had an attitude as if she was insulted! Went to Kroger. 2 packs of sausage, 18 ct eggs, loaf of bread, dunking sticks and shredded cheddar costing 13.97. I will never go to Walgreens again!

The employees here are always friendly. Today we came in because the pharmacy at CVS closer to our house wouldn't look up my son's insurance info and we didn't have his card yet. Marissa at Walgreens didn't even have to wait for me to ask if she could, she was immediately on the phone for the insurance info. She took great care of us and instinctively put my son's needs in top priority.

Tried to like this Walgreens, dirty floors, and we just moved to Redford and thought we could use this Walgreens closest to our home, they never have my daughter's medication, claimed they would order it but didn't. Tried one last time went to shop for a gift and card, while there my granddaughter 3 years old needed to use the restroom they refused to allow her the use of the restroom, shame on you! A 3 year old child.I tried but will continue to use my old pharmacy.
