I had Scott and his team completely rewire a 1901 home in Ypsi to convert that into a duplex. He did a phenomenal job of working with the other contractors and was responsive to all my requests. His pricing was not the highest or lowest but it was the most thorough quote of the bunch. I highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need.

Electrician (Scott) came to install a foyer light. Foyer light came with decorative Edison style 25w bulbs, that were too dim for a foyer. Bought brighter 6.5w LED bulbs (75w lumen equivalent), to replace the original Edison style bulbs. Scott refused to install the lights, saying that the 6.5 watt bulbs were too powerful for the 25w fixture, and that he was concerned about fire risk. I tried unsuccessfully to explain the difference between LED and incandescent bulbs to him, which he was unable to grasp. Save yourself some frustration, get an electrician that at least understands how light bulbs work.
