These guys have the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. I placed and order for a set of limb risers and received the wrong set. Called them up and that day they sent out a replacement with the correct set along with prepaid return for the other set. The day I received the new set, my Jeep was hit and all awareness to return the package went out the window. I'm so thankful they called to make sure the new set was what I was needing, which reminded me of returning the old set. I ended up talking with them for a good 15 minutes laughing about everything. Not only are their products high quality, but the people are amazing. I can't give high enough praise.
I travel from Agawam, Ma. 2 hrs there and 2 hrs back every time. Have taken my Jeep there multiple times. Each time for different upgrades. (I get Enterprise to drop off a rental) Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable! Eric has always steered me in the right direction. Not what is going to cost me the most either. Their knowledge of what works best for each application is always spot on! There are other places closer to home, yet none compare to the workmanship, professionalism, price and service. Thank you for everything you do! I recommend you to all my friends!
