I love this dealership. Their salespeople are nice and down to earth. They are not pushy, and give great deals. They really made a point of getting to know my family in order to fit me into the right vehicle. I bought a BMW and am absolutely in love with it.

I bought a 2008 Volkswagen Beetle from Eugene and Sergio as a surprise gift for my wife. These guys are 60 miles away from me so I did all the paperwork electronically and bought the car sight unseen, as it was exactly what I was looking for.nnThey were very responsive right up to the point the payment went through. Once they got the money, it was like pulling teeth to get any information from them. The whole situation was very stressful since the car was a surprise and I needed to have the vehicle delivered in a small window of time.nnThey wouldn't answer my texts or phone calls but when I switched to my google voice number, they miraculously answered. Very fishy to say the least...nnAll in all, the car did arrive when it was supposed to and it was good condition except one of the tires had a slow leak and the ignition switch is very sticky - two issues I informed Eugene of via text message that he ignored.nnDid I mention that he asked me to write this review? That's when I mentioned the two minor issues - well it's been a week now and no response. So here is your review - enjoy!nnPS - if they simply offered to reimburse, I would have refused and left a good review
