I purchased an Audi A4 here a couple weeks ago and I wish I could say I was completely satisfied with the experience and purchase but I'm not. Vinnie and his wife were nice and upfront and willing to work with us. They did not however know much history on the vehicles. I was also told that they guarantee inspection. This does NOT mean when you buy a car off their lot it will pass inspection, backwards logic in my mind. Our vehicle failed inspection for low tire tread, low brake pads (10% life in rear) and wipers. This tells me they are not doing their due diligence to ensure these items are inspection ready. This is a liability and SHOULD be taken care of prior to purchase, bottom line. They did fix the failed inspection items at no charge after bringing the vehicle back. The tires however were the most inexpensive low quality tires I've seen. As of yesterday the check engine light came on and I have no idea why. Do not expect a full tank of gas when purchasing a vehicle here either, ours had a 1/4 tank. Small things go a long way. This purchase and experience has been somewhat of a headache to say the least.

Bought a 2007 civic from Vinny at European Auto last week. Car was in good shape and everything seemed to be working fine until I got it home and heard a knocking sound. Turned out to be a bad A/C compressor clutch and total replacement costs for a job like that will run you close to $1,000 at most repair shops. I called Vinny up, brought the car back the next day and his mechanic installed a new compressor and recharged the system at no cost to me! Car is now 100% and I am very pleased with the overall experience I had at European Auto Sales.
