Wesley and Mike, thank you so much for your good work.Yesterday my car was inspected and passed. I think my Subaru is great, and I look forward to many years of good driving. You impress me as two fine businessmen--honest, professional, competent and cordial. I wish you continued success. Cars are so important to people. Selling a good car can be a good deed. As much as I would like to write a novel about how GREAT my experience was here, I want to get my point across so that people actually read this review. :)nnIt can best be summed up as: look no further, buy your car here. As a first time car buyer, I was nervous and after visiting many different dealerships, I started to question to process of purchasing a used car. Until I reached out to the Whitman community and they pointed me to Mass Auto World after having purchased many vehicles here with great success. All these guys care about is getting you a car that you want, works great and fits into your budget. Nothing more or less. And they do this while being insanely patient and nice. Emphasis on the patient as I had a million questions. I worked with michael and he was superb. I’m sure everyone else there is great as well. The process was so simple too.nnThank you guys so much!!! I love my RED 2004 Honda CR-V!! I guess this review kind of did end up being a novel.

VERY HAPPY. Look, buying a used car can have its challenges. I’ll simply say that Michael and his team will do everything to help alleviate those challenges. The vehicle we purchased needed some repairs, and Michael immediately took ownership of fixing the vehicle. We are very happy as an end result. Thank you Michael, Wesley, and Paul.

Bought a 2012 Civic from here as my first vehicle back in August 2019. The civic still drives well and have run into no problems since. Wesley was very professional and provided adequate information and offers throughout the whole process. The price was fair and service was great.nnEdit: *READ UPDATE BELOW* After a year, the car failed inspection because the windows were tinted too much. Wesley guaranteed me that the car would pass inspection when I first purchased it, turns out the car should've failed inspection the first time. I've never changed the windows tint on it, and this should have been checked during the sale of the vehicle.nnUPDATE: Wesley and Michael got in contact with me. This turns out to be a misunderstanding due to inspection regulation changes. Wesley and Mike reimbursed the costs for the Tint re installation and compensated for the confusion. Their customer satisfaction guarantee definitely holds up beyond the warranty they offered me during initial purchase. Thank you Wesley and Michael!

We stumbled across this place and couldn't be happier with our experience. We called for interest in one car and they recommended another as the one we originally called for was no longer available. The best part was there was an issue with our air conditioner. We called and they took it back, did all the repairs at no charge and we've enjoyed A/C the entire the summer. Easy to work with and considerate.
