Recently bought a truck from Martins. Overall a good experience. The truck is clean, nice and exactly what I was looking for, and the price was fair. They stood behind their vehicle when I discovered a couple maintenance items that needed to be addressed after taking it off the lot, and worked with me to get it fixed and ensure I was happy with the vehicle. Maureen was responsive and went the extra mile to make sure the process was as smooth as possible.

We recently bought a SUV from Martin's and it was a very positive experience. They obtained financing, got the registration and plates. All we had to do was call our insurance company. The vehicle was spotless inside and out. I highly recommend Martin's.

I just come up with the real way to contract you Maureen. Instead of writing several emails which you don’t reply and calling you , we should reach you out in the google map since it is the fastest way you response. When will you really give us back$500 as you promised? I can give you a chance to not giving you 1 star anymore.In contrast, i will re rate you again. ***This is the final strawn#I have learned that I don’t have to flight in the ethical way with the unethical people. Can’t say enough good things. Maureen made the process easy, and streamlined- from the start of having the PERFECT car for my wife (bright yellow/black Beetle - SUPER clean!) - at the right price, to the financing, to the pickup process. All easy, even in these weird times. Will recommend Maureen and Martin’s Preowned to everyone, and will certainly go back for my next car purchase!

It is unethical for the seller to promise to pay back $500 but the seller didn’t until now. We are too naive to believe you guys words. This will be the big lesson for us that we didn’t record your voice when you told us. Good luck with your insincere business!******nIt was like a nightmare that we decided to buy a car here. It’s depending on your luck whether the car you buy will turn out good or bad. Just don’t believe what Maureen suggests. She promised to discount us $500 with the pay check later but we didn’t get any for nine months. Furthermore, we had to pay a lot to fix the car and changed all tires with in two months . The machinists told us how dangerous it is to drive a car with those wheels. Don’t risk your life here! She won’t take any responsibility and it’s so difficult to reach her after you buy a car.
