I got a great BLT sandwich and the staff were very kind and helpful.nn*Delivery Edit*: Spotty delivery service. I waited an hour and a half for an order. Staff reached out afterwards and apologized (see below) which was nice, but what they need is just an additional driver during peak hours.nn*Little of what transpired appeared the current employees fault, they need more people*
My brother went into get our online order. The young lady was very rude. I understand that you guys are about to close and it may be the end of your shift but at the end of the day you still have a job and part of the job is customer service . You should never be rude to a customer and say in a snobby way “here”. Instead why don’t you try “hi welcome to Jimmy John’s did you place an online order and picking up”
This is a very good Jimmy John's location to order from! They have great sandwiches and very good staff who never mess even a highly customized sandwich order ud83dudc4dud83dude03nI would recommend ordering from their app which is very user friendly and quick!
