Prior to walking into this office I wanted to ignore my taxes altogether as I was suffering from so much anxiety regarding my “not so simple” tax filing situation. (This went on to include 3 different states and me having no clue how to approach on my own) from the moment I called with my many questions I was met on the phone by the friendliest of customer service agents, (Gina) in pretty much my entire time living on the east coast. Talk about service with a smile and once inside the office taking all the stress off my shoulders. I’m so beyond grateful and will be a returning client every year! Gina deserves more than a raise. I’m not the easiest to deal with and she calmed me down and took her time with me. Thank you, Gina! 5 stars isn’t enough for you!

Wonderful to work with, no matter how many questions and favors I asked of them they were always pleasant and quick to help. Gina was the easiest to work with as she made me feel like I was not a bother, even if I know I was, she could not have been nicer and more professional!

I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone for doing your taxes. Friendly and professional with reasonable prices. Zero complaints from me. They also offer insurance (house, car, etc.)
