Everyone is helpful and friendly. Your new concierge Sandy is so sweet. I saw hustling around the store assisting so many customers especially the elderly.nI watched her stand in line for a patient that felt faint, and let the customer sit.

Rude cashier. Female. Twenty-something. Today about 4 pm. Front door cashier. Cannot even say please or thank you to the customers. Perhaps management needs to update employees to treat the customers with manners and respect. She was rude and unapologetic. Roller her eyes at me and basically threw my change down. I will not go back. Not even worth one star.

This pharmacy has horrible service. I dropped off my prescriptions at 5:45 pm and said come back at 9 pm they would be ready. I drove in a snow storm to pick them up at 9 and they said it would not be ready until the next day! They totally ignored one script because it was missing some doctor information but never called the doctor or me to explain. Without my prescriptions I have health concerns and they do not care. DO NOT USE THEM for anything important to your healthnJohn

Slowest rx experience I have ever seen in my adult life. Waited 40 minutes behind 4 or 5 cars to pick up a script-2 days in a row! The tan tall thin man in blue scrubs doesn't really want to be at work. He doesn't make eye contact I can't hear him he's slothing around. Maybe he thinks I can't see him. He's painstakingly filling rx bags. Went over my lunch break twice to get heart medicine. I spend way too much money at this location and it's time to evaluate a new location or different business altogether. Customer service is terrible. I work retail so I know what I'm talking about.

Beyond frustrated. Wish I could give no stars. Made an appointment today at Rochester Hills CVS Walk-In Clinic. Received a confirmation text, as well as text clarify that I would be called when it was time to enter the building. We waited outside of the building for 30 minutes prior to the appointment. We watched the wait list work it's way to our appointment, only to watch it disappear with no call. I walked in and waited for the physician to step out to get clarification. The physician proceeded to tell me they called the number on file, rather than the number I made the appointment with. Why would I give my cell during the online appointment process, and expect you to a call different number?!
