Employee is outside with no mask on and other employee is outside talking to customer and not helping out. He chose to stay outside and engage with customer outside. Employee needed help and he chose to engage with patron outside.

This is fine if your restroom is not for public use,but you should tell nicely...... But you can't say people are disgusting front of me when i am asking you very gently to use your restroom.
