The staff are very friendly and helpful, but it feels like you never get a moment to just browse on your own. You can’t even pick up a single product without three people walking over to try and sell it. I know it’s the company that tells them to do this (like how they have to lead you to a Sephora brand first when making recommendations) but please just let people shop. I’m more likely to buy products if I’m given space and time to browse on my own. Otherwise, it’s a clean store with a good variety of products.

Store associates were extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciated their suggestions and walked out with more than I came in for, but felt really confident about my purchases. Will definitely stop in again!

The girl was helpful at first when I asked her about duochrome color eye shadows. Then I shared my 12 anniversary coming up and was looking by the colognes and perfumes. The minute my hubby and daughter walked in and up to me she stopped and helped someone else,only after telling me cologne samples they stopped doing. I honestly felt like chopped liver. Usually I don't shop there much but that day I was willing to spend, I'll have to wait a few weeks before I go back there again lol.i have to pray about forgiveness. Its not really a big deal because I am forgiving so that's why only 3 stars so not too bad.

This is my new favorite sephora! Seriously. I live in Sterling Heights and I will be driving out for it! It’s amazing. Chase & Masi I believe was her name were incredible. I came in for my birthday & for the VIB discount! These lovely ladies made my day! Absolute assets to Sephora & the store. :)
