A family member of mine had passed on a Sunday, and I found myself in need of a new suit as soon as possible. I made an appointment at Jos A. Bank for Tuesday, knowing that that might be cutting it close. During the day on Monday, I explained my situation, and Shirley said she could fit me in that day after school. I was in the store for 20 minutes. In that time, I was fitted for an entire suit (shoes included), and I am extremely happy with the fit. They understood my situation and offered to have the suit ready on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I had an after-school commitment that ran until 8pm. I only had a little bit of time to get to the store and then get right back to school. The suit was not yet in the store, but it would be in an hour or so. Because I wouldn't be able to drive back, someone there offered to drive it out to my school at no additional cost, where I met him around 7pm. This store exemplifies modern customer service, and I hope other businesses can follow their example.nnAlso, COVID-19 protocol is spot-on. I did not feel nervous at all that I could contract the virus from this store.

Came in to see Shirley Sunday - but the whole team at this store pitched in to help me make some great choices for an event next week. They got me some great deals too! Great service and great products. Looking forward to returning soon!
