Bought their socks a month ago and two pair of their bamboo socks got holes in the toes. Lost the receipt after a month and didn’t want to bring in socks with holes back due to COVID . I mentioned it to the manager. She told me it’s me and the way I walk as no one else complained about the socks. Poor customer service. I love their clothes and will shop at Somerset, but not the Village.
