A great experience! With 45 minutes to close, the team in Auburn Hills were able to outfit both girls with five days of gear including warm outerwear. Only one item was ordered due to color and it arrived in 3 days! Quite impressed with the process, professionalism, and speed. Throughout the experience, social distancing and hygiene was followed and we felt quite safe. Two thumb up!
The sales person was super friendly and helpful. There was no pressure and helped with every question. No doubt, they know how to fit a uniform to any student.
Quick pick up. Still waiting on one back order item. Will review again when that comes. Since it’s one item it would be nice for them to just ship it or to have that option since the location is not close to where I live. Other than that, great service
We love the quality of your products. However, my son brought up a valuable point today - why are your products made in China and not the US. Other than that your customer service, delivery and quality of products are outstanding!
I made a mistake on my order, on a weekend, and email the correction. To my surprise they answered and fixed it right away. Very rare customer service theses days! Truly appreciated it especially because I am a Buisiness owner and have pretty high expectations! Great job!!
