Did not receive bags. I got notice they were delivered but I didn’t have them. Try calling them and no one answered. Will need to deal with my credit card company to remove the costs

I purchased 2 handbags I'm very happy with with them. I have to say I'm very happy with the customer service I received. A very fast response. Can't wait to use the satchel for the first time tomorrow
