4stars for quality of lunch.eggplant pa lunch sandwich 1/2 empty. Roll ultra fresh, good size. Eggplant very thin. Too little, too little mozzarella, sauce.nWhat I had was tasty and fresh but insufficient in filling role.nCannoli dessert ultra fresh. Served with whipped cream should have asked if I wanted. Service wonderful. Restaurant clean sanitary.

Cafe Assisi has been a favorite of mine for over 10+ years....the lasagne is superb - the staff can accommodate changes to a dish. A small bar, but still cozy. Whoever I have sent there loves it! Looking forward to my next meal there!

I got takeout from here brought to us from a family member. I didn't eat it until about 5 hours later and had to reheat it. Even with that, these were by far the best meatballs I've ever had. I actually picked one apart, carefully dissecting it to try to understand what they were made of. They were incredibly moist and soft yet didn't fall apart. The flavor was just amazing. I can only imagine what that would taste like in the restaurant. Will definitely make a it my goal to make a visit!

We ordered take out from Cafe Assisi tonight and they forgot one of our dishes. I called and they offered to drive it to our house one town over and got it to us in 15 minutes. The lasagna was hot and so delicious! They also threw in a desert on the house. Mistakes happen of course, but it is how you respond and treat your customers that matters most. Thank you Cafe Assisi! Really appreciate you going above and beyond! We will be back soon.
