Wow! Let’s just start there. “Amber” the wonderful closing manager, well maybe not wonderful is very rude, basically calling me a liar and tells me I’m wrong. Have gotten my order wrong multiple times and refuse to correct it. Losing a customer for good.
I have a couple of complaints about this location. First of all I stopped in to get a hot and ready pizza, they had no hot and ready pizzas. Everything had to be made to order. Looking at the reviews on here that seems to be a consistent issue with this location. Also they were not wearing their masks correctly. The people handling the food had them down under their noses, they may as well not even have worn them. Lastly this location apparently doesn't carry Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on the pizza?! They literally told me sorry we don't have that here. Since I had to wait anyway, if I would have known that I would have gotten a pizza elsewhere. Well I guess I know next time not to bother going here.
Always easy shopping, can usually always find everything we need.
I just wish they would bring back the $5 hot and ready.
Loved the pizza like normal! But the manager could have been nicer to the obviously new associate!
