I order a half chicken dinner tonight along with ranch and BBQ sauce. They delivery showed up but no sauce. No big deal, i called, the owner answers the phone, i explain what happened he let me know they're to busy to delivery what I paid for. I started to explain i paid for it an simply want a credit. He starts swearing an says i must really need 4 bucks. What a horrible horrible way to conduct business. This should have been easy to resolve. I've heard similar stories about this place.
Been coming here for about 7 years or so, averaging about twice per week, and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. From the top-down, every employee I've ever talked to has been kind, quick, and shown nothing but genuine hospitality. Their Chicago style is the best I've ever had and their pizza slices available daily are a great deal. One of the best family owned local businesses in the area by far.
Carlos is our new standard pizza place. We are new to the area and have enjoyed several different offerings from their menu. The muffeletta sandwich, chicken ranch pizza, and lasagna are among our favorites. We do of course enjoy the pizza as well. Keep up the good work Carlos!
I have on 3 occasions ordered salads minus green peppers which I am highly allergic to, and every time it’s never been omitted. This is RIDICULOUS and I clearly state that every time. I guess I need to eat it and send them my ER bill!! ud83dude21ud83dude21
We’ve ordered from them a handful of times since moving out here and their customer service is excellent. Food arrives quickly, well within the time window they give you. The delivery drivers are always very polite too! And of course, the food is delicious :-)
