Our entire experience was phenomenal from start-to-finish. Mark and Crystal (both extremely professional and friendly) visited with us to understand what we wanted completed and came back that afternoon with a Proposal and color swatches. The price was less than what we expected, they covered it with us step-by-step, and the scheduled work was set for just a few days later. Dylan, Production Manager, contacted us immediately to confirm the work we wanted completed, when the painter team could be here, who would be the on-site Supervisor, and approximately how long it would take to complete the project. Dylan was fantastic to work with, very friendly, and made certain all the details were agreed upon, then followed-up in writing to confirm. Cesar, Supervisor, and his team were right on-time and they did an incredible job. They covered almost the entire interior room with plastic wrap and tape first prior to painting. Not a drop was found on the floor, counters, or fixtures afterward. The work was scheduled for two full days, however Cesar and team worked extremely hard to get it done in one day, which they did, so they would not be a disruption to us the next day. We are COMPLETELY SATISFIED and then some with the work they completed. I highly recommend CertaPro's team complete any work you are thinking about doing for your home or office.

I knew I was in for great service after my first interaction with CertaPro in Grand Rapids. Owner Jeff provided a very professional estimate and production manager Dylan gave me excellent direction on the details of painting the inside of my condo. She was critical in helping me land on the perfect colors. The crew was courteous and worked even faster than I was hoping for. The results were clean lines, smooth looking walls, and a clean home when they were done. I can’t wait to have them back to tackle a few spots that I’m saving for another day.

Kevin came out the next day and gave me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Dylan was very friendly and helpful. The painting team consisted of James and Mike. They did an amazing job patching up some cracks and holes in my plaster and I couldn’t be more happier with their job paint job. They were on time, courteous and finished faster than expected. Would recommend and hire them in the future.

We used Certa Pro for interior painting consisting of main level, foyer, master bath/bedroom, and an additional bedroom and we couldn’t have been happier! Mario and his paint crew did a great job making sure all floors and furniture were covered with drop clothes and tapped, they did two coats of paint everywhere, paid great attention to the trim work and cleaned up nicely after they were all completed. They even sprayed two pieces of wood furniture for us to match our trim color. We would have them back for our painting needs.
