Managed to make an appointment here with their inconvenient hours. I had to leave work early unpaid to get there and once I am already on my way they leave me a voice mail saying that the person who was supposed to be helping me doesn’t feel good. I’m sorry but you know if you feel good or not more than an hour in advance. I’m super unimpressed with this service and I happily spent my money elsewhere to support a better ran business. :)
My sister in law got her dress altered here by Maria. She did a terrible job. Used pink thread on a dress that otherwise had white stitching. The alterations made the dress too tight in the shoulders to which she associated with my sister in law “gaining weight.” She also cut a terribly uneven line to hem the dress but didn’t take enough off, leaving it still too long. When we went back to ask for at least a partial refund (bc the dress needed altered again by a different tailor and we already paid her nearly $400) she absolutely would not relent and was completely RUDE and basically made us leave. I would deter any bride from using Maria’s services at Connie’s Bridal Boutique

Great customer service, they have beautiful dresses for all sizes. Thank you for being so kind and prompt. Def. Will come back for all our event dresses.
It was such a fun experience at Connie's bridal. The space is beautiful and calming. I was given the best service finding my gown and was even able to alter it in a way that makes it look even better and more my style. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for great service and not an intimidating process.
