Got a parking ticket, ticket said fire lane violation. I've heard it's happening a lot. I know park at Julia Rd. Great Park and ATV friendly!
It is a good park to go and build forts but it smells like marsh everywhere. And where the kids go for camp has something special happen every week. Not that special but has trash in a lot of places and alot of swears. It also has comments about race and Nazism.
Right in front off the water so it's very easy to grab the kayak and get in. The water in the summer also feels amazing.
We love coming here, there are a lot of trails. Beautiful in the summer and winter.
Great Esker Park is another hidden gem on the south shore. Bear Cove across the Back River is an easy walk while Great Esker gives you a slightly more challenging walk.
