I always do the carry out through the drive thru window (it’s on the left side, so go around the building from the right and you’ll get to it).nOnly one time I was left waiting at the window a while but they seemed to be going through it so I wasn’t mad. Just about every time it’s fast and easy and my food is hot and fresh.
If I could give them a quarter of a star, I WOULD NOT! They took over an hour to deliver my food, food was not hot and I was not about to pay for an order that took FOREVER! When I called to check the status of my order, I was disconnected 4 times, and they never called back, I had to keep calling back till the delivery guy knocked on my door and said an hour is not bad... yea right. I live 5 min away with children who had been waiting over an hour to eat. Clearly this location needs management and/or Pizza Hut needs to do some reconstructing. AND you can't understand the people who takes the order, and can't reach a local employee. UGH. No longer a fan!
How do you NOT have a delivery driver during lunch???? Will not waste my time placing an order here again.
