Terrible customer service I was literally ignored by every employee even the delivery driver (older white male drives a light blue Camry) who I so kindly held the door open for when I went in to pick up a order for my mom. I waited a decent amount of time for them to notice me which they all did so I finally I yelled “excuse me” and still nobody budged! I will NEVER order from that location again! Not sure if I was ignored because I am American American but I will be contacting corporate! If the order would of been for me I would’ve left the food sitting there! Also I’m sure the store has cameras I would love to have the cameras rolled back to prove everything I am saying! My order number was 108 & Allyssa B was the cashier who also ignored me!
Wellp. Food was great as always. I called being super NICE because ive done their exact job. I got tossed off with the first girl that answered saying she was done and then Jared acted like i was a psycho karen on the phone. Like i said. Ive been in their shoes. Im not about to be rude and the food was fantastic! I only called because the order was wrong. Delicious. But not what i asked for. And since it was repeated back to me i expected it to be right. I wasn't asking for a redelivery just a credit for what id ordered and not gotten. Maybe a note to do better next time in my file since they'd already messed up 4 times before and THIS TIME i was sick of it. And i always tip 10 or more. You'd think. I could get an accurate order. They did give me a credit but they acted like i was a psycho when i went out of my way to be very nice and repeatedly told them how fantastic their food was and that i didnt want anyone in trouble. Small parking area, informed I was at the location for curbside pickup took longer than expected.
They had a problem with their oven so our order was a little late and they offered free pizza on our next trip!! Great service!!
