Cameron with Emerald Pro painting came out to our house and gave us a quote on painting walls, baseboards, cabinets. After work was performed we started to notice chips in the cabinets and If we tried to clean or wash cabinets with a sponge with water the paint would come off, and the walls and baseboards started to peel in random places through out the house. After talking with Cameron about the issues. He came out with Sherwin Williams paint rep. And took samples of our existing paint on walls and found there was oil based paint used. He then told us he never primed walls because it wasn’t needed. We had a couple of other paint companies come out and give us advise on issues all of the other painters told us that he didn’t prep any of the walls right and even used the wrong paint. After arguing with Cameron we ended up having him come out and patch the bad paint spots and we will have to touch up the paint on a regular basis. The Sherwin Williams rep even told Cameron this is a just a bandaid fix. He always puts blame on everyone else never takes any responsibility for his terrible craftsmanship. I would strongly recommend not to use this company. One other thing he takes money off of the final invoice for good reviews.

EmeraldPro Paining of Northern Utah was quick to respond to my initial queries about painting the exterior of our home. A whole crew of folks arrived and gave us a fair price for the services we were requesting. Crew arrived on time and finished up the same day. The gentleman that painted our home was nice and professional. We ran into problems after we made our final payment. We mentioned a few areas that needed to be touched up and did not get a response from them (this was the end of July 2020). I again reached out with my concerns and Cameron reached out to us on August 25, 2020 through email. He apologized that he never did a follow up call to see if we had any concerns. He asked if he could stop by our home and gave us a couple of dates. I told him either would be fine. He again failed to follow up nor did he show up on either of the days he suggested. I emailed him again today and he excuse for not follow up with us was: "I’m so sorry Ive been backlogged with current jobs that we’re behind on. I can stop by today or tomorrow if you’re around." I'm sorry, but if your company can not handle doing a timely follow up and your excuse is that you are "backlogged with current jobs" perhaps you should not take on so many jobs. Perhaps you should be concerned with the customers who have already paid you. I do not recommend EmeraldPro Painting of Northern Utah for their failure of follow through and lack of customer service, especially if you have any concerns with the quality of paint/paint services.

Cameron was awesome to work with. I was very impressed with his responsiveness. We're doing a lot of remodeling in our home and Cameron was the most responsive of all contractors we've worked with so far. Their pricing was very fair and beat the competitive bids we received. They painted our stucco on the front of our house and our front door. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with their work. I'll definitely do work with him and his crew again. I've already referred several family and friends to him. Thanks, Cameron!

Cameron and his crew did excellent work. He was willing to work with a compressed timeline for us, was honest about his company, and promoted his workers abilities...and they definitely fulfilled our expectations. I highly recommend Cameron for any painting job you have. He is honest, reliable and does excellent work.

I had a terrible experience. With Cameron and his illegals.not to mention his fake karie.o my word. I was completely.steered the wrong way with these yahoos. I highly recommend you use another company.
