I will no longer be doing business with Pilot Flying J/Pilot Travel Center location in Ionia.nnI recently visited this location a few nights ago, and usually it's decent, but that night it was in such disgusting conditions. There was no hand sanatizers left in the stations, and there were mask mandate signs on the doors but cashier's wouldn't say anything to anyone coming in without them...nnWhen two customers got into an argument about it, and the one asking for the other customer to wear a mask had left, not only did the cashier not ask the gentleman to stop or at least take the fight outside, the cashier laughed and took the side of the customer who didn't want to wear a mask. In fact, he himself wasn't wearing a mask either.nnSuch a shame too, I frequented this location between home and GR.

I was impressed how pleasant and professional the employees were to me. As drivers we don't always get great customer service. Small parking area and they do have showers, just not tied in with the app. But the best experience was their personalities... not just one but the whole crew. Thanks y'all!
