Decent storage unit facility but didnt have what i wanted available
Super friendly staff. Very responsive. Great unit. No issues.
Mom obtained storage unit. Mom passed away years later. The company did NOT follow through in contacting family of back payment that occurred after her untimely death. They sold the belongings fraudulently, no notification was sent to the home, where my father lived at of the same address where contract indicated unit was acquired at. All precious memories, valuables, photos, and documents sold without warning..... buyer beware. My father is heartbroken, as it was like losing mom all over again. This company does not care for their customers and will rob you blind, regardless of the circumstances. They offered no help with finding our belongings after it was sold. Nothing.....
