Abby did a great even job bleaching my hair but she got lazy at the back of my head when coloring and used two different shades of blue without my knowledge. My sides are completely uneven. I’m not a social person and I don’t usually tell people when I dislike things, that being said I emailed her and she didn’t take responsibility for her mistake, instead she kinda blamed me by saying I didn’t have a reference pictures. she told me to schedule a new appointment a month ahead which I will not be doing. It was very unprofessional. The first time I got my hair dyed (obviously from a different salon) it didn’t come out bright enough and he recolored it for free.nNow you could look at the pictures and say it’s not so uneven but this is my hair, and I’ve lost confidence knowing if I put my hair up people will see the back is splotchy, the blues are different and the sides are cut uneven...the manager just called my work to get me fired for ruining her salons reputation and said if I didn’t giver her my managers name she would call the cops
Brianne is a miracle worker, my hair was so damaged and washed out. Brianne did a beautiful balyage twice on me already & I couldn’t be more pleased with her service. The colors blend so beautifully & the haircut is just right. I get compliments constantly on the tone and blend of the balyage. Thank you Brianne I will keep Comming back!

Great staff, amazing attention to detail. They also use a high end Italian Color line that covers my grey and has amazing shine and condition. Would not go anywhere else.
