Best facility in the southshore. There’s a huge variety of strength and conditioning equipment, and the infrared sauna is hands down the best! The staff is awesome, and makes for a warm and welcoming environment. Will absolutely be back.
Highly recommend! Momentum is a great fitness center offering a wonderful facility and customized program. Co-owners Mike and Wendy both are fantastic and rise far above all of the personal training/fitness options around. I personally have been seeing Mike for two years and have learned so much about the benefits of weight training , fitness and nutrition. Most importantly, I have seen results and feel so much better!
I love this place! The people are so helpful, there’s so many different types of equipment for all kinds of purposes, and all my friends go here. I definitely love it here.
The ISOPHIT machine at Momentum Custom Fitness is amazing! It is only a 30 minute workout and its one the best workouts I have ever done, It has made me so much stronger in only doing it for 6 weeks, imagine what 6 months will do! You must check this out today and incorporate into your workout regime, WOW what a difference this has made.
This place is awesome! The staff is great and so friendly. Wendy and Mike are so nice and knowledgable, you can't ask to work with better people! The ISOPHIT machine is amazing, a must try! They also have a ton of strength and conditioning equipment- including KEISER, incredible!!
