We came across this gem of a park while driving through Farmington. The playground is small, but packed with a wide variety of activities. Our 3 kids "discovered" new things to do for an hour straight. The grassy area behind it is great for Frisbee, picnics, or just solitude from the busy world. With no parking lots you do have to park on the side of the road. Even with the road this close the traffic noise is minimum. There is a couple picnic tables here too.
My kids love coming here. The new equipment is really nice.
Fun playground. Nice shade. Good for big and small.🙂
No bathrooms and no trash cans. 😕
Neal Armstrong would be highly disappointed at Moon Park. It completely has full gravity, and lacks an astronaut ice cream stand. MAYBE Elon Musk and the Space X crew could come to Moon Park and transform it it to something much more stellar!
Shady, great new playground, fenced in three sides. Only complaint is that it's on a busier street with no fence on the street side.
