Third time using U Store Fenton location. Great people. Cassie does a wonderful job explaining everything (we rented a truck this time). In the past, I have rented storage units and Vicki, at that time was great to work with. Thank you for having experienced employees who know their job.
We just rented a Uhaul from Cassie at the U-Store and the service was great! She was so quick and informative. It made the process super easy for our first time renting. I would definitely recommend them and will use them if/when we move again!
They were very helpful when I was getting a unit. They had very helpful ideas and had answers to my questions. The staff is amazing very friendly!! I would definitely recommend getting a unit there.
I live in Florida and rent remotely until my next RV trip in the great north. I've had nothing but a good experience via the online system....and the staff is as friendly and comprehensive as anyone could ask for.
The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. They explained stuff on the phone and work with you. I would recommend using them to anyone that needs a storage unit.
