Absolutely fantastic service! We had an issue and called late morning. We were able to talk to someone right then and dispatched a electrician within a couple of hours. The guys showed up when they said they would, and went straight to finding the problem. We were very impressed with their thoroughness. The guys were very friendly, even to our young children, and explained what they found in a very clear and understanding manner. We were impressed with the work they did and the fair rate the work was charged at. We will definitely be thinking of Chapple Electric for any future electric needs!
Chapple Electric was great, just like the other times we used them. The service was prompt, Professional and reasonable. We will always call them. They are not a large company so leave them a message and phone number and they will call you back.
We had an outlet and a few light recepticals that needed replacing. Bryan and Tanner were our electricians and they did fabulous. I interacted with Tanner he was very informative, knowledgeable, and a kind employee. I will certainly request them when needed again. Highly recommended!!nnThank you
Had a great experience with Chapple Electric. We needed 2 outlets installed on our kitchen island, and they were able to come out and did it the same day! Within a couple hours of our call it was finished. The guys who came were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
Said they where to busy but would not recommend another company cause they might not want to lose business or something while being to busy i guess.
