My family has been going here every year for 30+ years and it has become a tradition and I always have an amazing experience shopping in harbor wear.
The product we wanted was out of stock. They told us to come back Friday when the shipment comes in. We drive back in town Friday and I ask them if they had it and the lady laughed in my face and said let me check. I don’t think she wanted to go search for the product in boxes as she told us there are a ton of boxes in back. She comes back and says no it’s not here. No apology. Bad customer service.
Amazing experience at this store over the summer! Very kind welcoming workers, and great options of clothing. This store is one of the best places to shop at if you want something to remember your stay as a tourist:)
