Great campground. Clean facilities and very close to the river. We launched here for a three day paddle and will likely come back again!
I camped here one night. There are bathroom outhouses and the sites have trees in between. It was pretty empty and very similar to the neighboring campground. Site 12 has a beautiful view of the night sky!
Had an amazing experience here. Located in the woods of the north sitting along side of the beautiful ausable river! Their sites where clean and well maintained along with their outhouses. The only complaint I really have is the ticks were horrendous but not much they can really do about that. Just be cautious about that. Their were twelve of us out there plus two dogs and all of us found ticks on us the entire 4 night.
Nice campground, but if you're in a tent you'll definitely hear the highway M72 traffic.
