When it comes to superior service and personable service; Factory Collision & Restoration (FCR) is the ONLY place to go. As a regular customer, I have experienced nothing but five star service. FCR focuses on your needs first, whether its dealing with custom jobs or insurance claims. FCR has a WEALTH of knowledge when working with insurance companies and they work for YOU and only YOU! To conclude, stop wasting your time looking for someone to work with and leave the recommended list insurance companies give; work with FCR!

Having my car backed into by an ignorant women who immediately denied fault and began making up multiple stories was stressful, but thankfully sorted it out and found her 100% at fault immediately. When it came to getting my car repaired, I asked friends and co-workers within the car community for a reputable place on the South Shore, and they all recommended Factory Collision & Restoration. From the start, it was an overall great experience. Everyone was pleasant and kept me informed, and they had my BMW flawlessly repaired within a week! I can't express how happy I am with this place and in the unfortunate event I need a body shop again, will definitely go back!

I have been a FCR customer for over a decade now, and there are many reasons why. First, they simply know their stuff better than any other shop out there. They worked with me extensively on my custom body/paint requests over the years and they have always used top notch products. They take their time to make sure that the end result exceeds all expectations. I have seen them go toe-to-toe against insurance companies to make sure their customers are taken care of to the best of their abilities. Their attention to detail cannot be beat - from making sure things fit perfectly, to custom jobs that involve airbrushing and kandy paint. I have recommended dozens of people to have their cars taken care of at Factory and they have all been equally as satisfied!

These folks do a great job. I had some rust remediation done on my Challenger (hooray Massachusetts), and it came out looking like there was never any issue at all. Was also way less expensive than anticipated.
