I haven’t been there yet, but I called to get a quote for a windshield replacement because my car is leaking on the inside and Lulu went out of her way to help me with my problem, she gave AMAZING advice and took her time to explain things to me and really help me out! She goes above and beyond into helping a customer which is incredible! She’s an angel! If you need a place for windshield replacement definitely go her! They are very reasonable in price and the customer service is out of this world!

Needed a windshield replacement and after scheduling with a competitor I stumbled upon Master Auto Glass and saw all of their 5 star reviews. I called and spoke with Luciana and immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. Luciana explained EVERYTHING in great detail, had me come in to check my windshield so that she knew she had the correct part ordered, and gave me many options. Luciana was a godsend in this situation and took all of the stress out of it. I could not be more grateful for the customer service that I received or the above and beyond communication. Truly could not be more pleased with my experience.

Very impressed with Master Glass. They made a bad situation, golf ball through my car's sun roof, so much better. Both Luciana and Joe wer very personable and helpful. They were very flexible and accommodating, especially in light of COVID-19. The repair was done much quicker than expected. While I hope I don't have glass damage again, should I need these services, I would not hesitate to go back! Highly recommend.

Extremely satisfied with their service. After waiting almost a month through a company chosen by my insurance, Master Auto Glass was able to schedule my glass replacement in less than a 3 days, and they did a stellar job. I would absolutely recommend them!
