I had an issue, in which I lost my keys, and having excellent service at Coastal Nissan. Made the stress of my issue, weigh less on me. I was able to get a key cut the same day. I was there for less than an hour would definitely come back here again, this is my fifth trip here and not the last. Aaron Jacobs helped me many times and delivered excellent-very friendly service everytime. Thank you.

From Fall River to Coastal Nissan 45 mile drive. From the initial calls to the final details of our purchase I was impressed. The staff did more than just selling a car. Since I was driving long distance they email me videos of the car. I spent some time talking to the manager on the phone, so they knew what I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership. The sales manager and Troy Coan my sales person had the car ready for me to look at. This car was detail very clean. Troy explain and showed me everything about the car. I highly recommend this dealership and the sales team. Troy is a very young professional salesperson. I would recommend him to anyone!

I had a great experience working with Lance on my trade. He was very professional, got me what I wanted for my trade, and went above and beyond to follow-up and see how I was liking my new Titan. As a Nissan owner of 10+ years, I will continue purchasing Nissan's after my expereince at Coastal.

I can’t say enough good things about Costal Nissan. Tom was amazing! Fast, easy and got the car we wanted. Especially during Covid and with 2 small kids the process being fast was so important

Excellent customer service at Coastal Nissan. Exceptional Sales & Service Team ~ Steve, Sean, Tom & George. We turned in our leased 2017 Rogue for 2020 model. Most of the transaction was done by phone & deal was completed in showroom in about a hour.nGreat Service.nNo complaints.nRecommend.
