I cannot say enough about Prime Volvo. Previously I reviewed and had experience with the service department. The are d at till 5 stars in my book.nnToday my husband and I bought a new Volvo. My experience with the sales department was over the top!nJeff, our salesman was knowledgeable ( about the car and the process) helpful and accommodating. He guided us towards making a decision with facts. His commitment did not end today. Next week recommended that I set up an appointment with him to answer any questions that I have about the car. I’ve bought several cars in my lifetime but never had a salesman willing boy do that.nnThe financial manager was also very knowledgeable and patient, while my husband and I made our final decisions.nnI highly recommend Prime Volvo.

Courteous and efficient service. Had the car ready for a test drive as promised. There were no strong sales pushes. Received a very fair price in the end.nHighly recommend

Top notch dealership all the way around. We found a used Jeep Wrangler on their website that just arrived. It was exactly what we were looking for. I called and spoke to salesman Olajide Ogundipe who informed me the vehicle was available. I gave a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle until we could come later that day. We visited and loved the vehicle and told Olajide exactly what we wanted for the trade. Very quick and easy process. One hold up was the title delivery, but this had nothing to do with the dealership. They had just received in a trade 2 days prior, so the bank was delayed in sending the title. We waited for the title to arrive, 2 weeks and was called by the GM (Boulos) and Olajide several time to make sure we knew the process. The day the title arrive, we received a call to come pick up the jeep. We arrived at the dealership and within 30 minutes we had the whole process settled with finance, Justin Boyd. Signed some documents and we were on our way. Highly recommend this dealership. Honest, fast and communicative which are excellent qualities for a dealership.

Excellent service on my Volvo today! Pat in the service department was extremely helpful in making sure that my concerns were heard and that my vehicle was diagnosed and fixed correctly. This is my first Volvo and I am impressed with my overall experience at Prime Volvo. Thank you!

Easy to get tonRight off of exit 14 on Route 3nCar had an issue with driver side control of windows locks and mirrors that was electric relatednLoaner car was given to usenThey have rules on loaner cars as an FYInHelps to have loaner carnIf independent garage cannot fix car I feel comfortable using PrimenThere was no you should fix after getting car back.nOnly the settlement of repairs
